Hello 2011, Goodbye 2010...

My Resolution For Year 2011
  • Make more time to prayer
  • ALLAH heals everything
  • Thank ALLAH when awake alive in the morning
  • Do the right thing!
  • Take a 10-30 minutes walk everyday. And smile while walking
  • Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day
  • Sleep for 7 hours
  • Live with 3 E's- Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy
  • Play more games
  • Read more book than 2010
  • Spend time with people over  the age 70 & under the age 6
  • Dream more while awake
  • Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Try to make at least 3 people smile each day
  • Don't waste precious energy on gossip
  • Forget issues of the past
  • Smile and laugh more
  • Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present
  • Forgive everyone for everything
  • However bad or good a situation is, it will change
  • Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful
  • Call family often
  • Each day give something good to others
  • Don't over do. Keep the limits.
